Dilemma Movie Day

Ever been in a situation where you dont know what to choose between two movies ambazo zote unaona kali lakini hujui hasa ipi itakuwa kali zaidi? well Dilemma Movie Day kila jumamosi ntakuwa naziweka movie mbili then kujaribu kuzichambua kujua ipi kali zaidi . .
Well today i have Contraband and Man On A Ledge. Zote ni move kali kweli, kama unapenda action basi these two are for you.

STORYBOARD; i have to say Man on a Ledge ina story nzuri zaid kuliko Contraband coz ni kitu ambacho mimi nimekiona kama kipya. Sina uhakika sana kama huko nyuma kulishawahi kutengenezwa movie kuhusu mtu anayetishia kujirusha toka ghorofani kumbe kuna wenzake wanaenda kuiba diamonds. Contraband story yake ni those kind of movies were you feel like "you have heard it all before'' . . . hakuna kipya kusema ukweli

EFFECTS; this one goes to Contraband. kuna scene (dakika ya 54:33) majamaa wameweka boom kwenye gari kwa jinsi lilivolipuka ile slow motion ndo imenifurahisha zaidi. Siyo kitu kipya kuona michanga inanyanyuka coz hata kwenye The Hurt Locker ipo, ila imenivutia tuu kuona jinsi walivoshoot. On Man On A Ledge kwakweli sijaona effects kali zo najua pale ghorofani walikuwa studio na green curtain ikafanya kazi.

STRAIGHT FORWARDNESS; ever watch a movie afu mpaka nusu saa inapita hata hujui kinachoendelea au wakati mwingine hata starring hajulikani? Well thats what i mean hapa, i like Man On A Ledge it was straight forward kwakweli. within 10min tayari movie ishachangamka hakuna kupoteza mda. Contraband bwana me mpk dk20 nilikuwa sijui movie inahusu nini mpka jamaa na yeye alivopanda kwenye ile meli ndo najua kumbeeeeee. . .

EXCITING MOMENTS; this is a tie. zote zilikuwa very exciting kujua what will happen next, zimejitahidi kutufanya kutaka kujua what will happen next. i like that about a movie, siyo ile ambayo unaangalia na unajua kabisa hapa kitafuata nini . .

ENDING; well zero to both coz you know kabisa mwisho wa siku jamaa hatojirusha (i mean kujiua) plus hii nyingine unajua kabisa jamaa atafanikiwa kuzipitisha hela  . . . not cool

Now after aaaaaall that i give Man On A Ledge 51% and Contraband 49%. ila individually Man On A Ledge B+ (76) na Contraband B (68). Movie kali zote yo should go check them out

Usiwe Muhanga Wa "Low Budget" Movies . . .

Yaani am more than happy coz hii ni post yangu ya kwanza kuiweka humu ndani toka nilipoamua na mimi kuiingia kwenye ulimwengu wa 'blogging'. Well, humu ndani ntakuwa naongelea sana kuhusu movies, series na wakati mwingine awards zinazohusiana na movies au series.
Now, najua we all love movies made in Hollywood coz nyingi zinakuwa na quality in terms of  Picture, Sound, Story, Effects yaani kila kitu. lakini zipo movie ambazo wakati mwingine quality hizo nilozozitaja hazina. Nikisema  'low budget i dont specifically mean bajeti ndogo kwenye utengenezaji (zo kwa kiswahili cha haraka haraka hiyo ndo tafsiri yake). Hapa ntakuwa nazungumzia zile movie ambazo zina completely opposite qualities ya hizo nilizozitaja hapo juu.

Kiashiria kikubwa cha kwamba movie itakuwa 'low budget' ni nani ameitengeneza na nani ameisambaza. Pale movie inapoaanza kama HUTOONA majina ya hizi kampuni hapa chini basi jua hizo ndo 'low budget' zenyewe and dont waste your time on them.
